Notice of Appointment/Termination

POST participating departments are required by Regulation 9040 to notify POST of peace officer, dispatcher, and record supervisor employment transactions. Regulation requires that departments with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) access complete their transactions using the EDI system. The Notice of Appointment/Termination form, POST 2-114, is available for departments without EDI access or to request a correction to an incorrectly submitted transaction [Regulation 9040 (b)].
